At Silverbirch we love great coffee and are passionate about good food. We use only the best of ingredients, buying regional produce to help support local suppliers.

We use Italian Aroma Coffee which is a Glasgow based independent family business. Using the traditional Italian method of drum roasting their Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, each cup of coffee is exquisite!

We use Equi’s ice-cream for our milkshakes and sundaes and believe us when we say they are irresistible.

One of the main attractions of our coffee shop is the variety of delicious homemade cakes, traybakes and scones. All of our cakes are made with love in our bakery daily to ensure every cake is prepared, decorated and served with care. We also have a selection of gluten free and dairy alternative options on our menu to satisfy all diets.

We continue to support local businesses by using Ramsay of Carluke family butcher to provide exceptional flavour and only the finest ingredients in their traditional meat products.

Silverbirch offers both indoor and outdoor table service with a view of the garden centre, all well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for breakfast, brunch or lunch on our outside terrace.

Our coffee shop runs on a first-come-first-serve basis, therefore we do not take reservations or bookings.
